Overview & Highlights

Cornerstone Cafe & Steakhouse, located at 4000 W Flamingo Rd in Las Vegas, NV, is a refined destination for steak lovers seeking a memorable dining experience. Specializing in classic American steakhouse cuisine, this venue draws diners with its expertly prepared cuts, including their much-praised ribeye and prime rib. The steaks here are juicy, tender, and packed with robust flavor—each bite a celebration of quality beef cooked to perfection.

The menu boasts a tempting variety of decadent desserts that perfectly round out your meal. Imagine indulging in a rich Chocolate Espresso Cake that layers velvety milk and dark chocolates with subtle hints of coffee, or savoring the silky textures of their classic Crème Brûlée with its satisfying crisp sugar crust. For something lighter yet indulgent, the Limoncello Cake—infused with aromatic limoncello liqueur and complemented by a shot of the same—is a standout. And if you crave traditional comfort, their New York Style Cheesecake baked exclusively for the restaurant offers smooth, luscious satisfaction. Don’t miss their selection of ice creams such as Almond Praline and Spumoni or their distinguished ports and dessert wines including Taylor Fladgate and FerrariCarano.

Cornerstone strikes a fine balance between upscale ambiance and approachable comfort. Customers frequently mention the classy, clean interior that feels both relaxing and sophisticated—a perfect backdrop for celebrations like birthdays or intimate dinners. Despite being situated within a casino, the atmosphere manages to remain quiet and removed from the hectic vibe of the Strip, offering a tranquil dining retreat. Service shines here, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring your needs are met without intrusion; names like Viet and Irene stand out for their warmth and professionalism.

While the steak is a star, some nuances might catch your attention: sides are ordered separately, which allows for customization but means the main dish is perfectly showcased on its own. The pricing aligns well with the quality delivered, presenting great value without compromise. Whether you're indulging in luscious king crab legs, savoring the best lobster bisque many have ever tasted, or enjoying creative cocktails like the salted caramel pretzel martini during happy hour, every element speaks to a thoughtfully crafted culinary experience.

In sum, Cornerstone Cafe & Steakhouse is a dependable choice for those wanting a classic steakhouse experience with elevated touches. It’s a place where flavors are bold, desserts delight, and the vibe remains warm and inviting. Perfect for treating yourself or sharing a rewarding meal with friends, this steakhouse is a Las Vegas culinary gem that truly understands how to please steak aficionados and casual diners alike.

Omg that steak was so good and juicy, it was worth the visit. It’s one of those Birthday dinner places I gotta go once in a while to treat yourself. Classy and clean inside… I have no complaints other than your steak doesn’t come with sides, you have to buy them separately.

The staff was friendly upon arrival and seated us immediately. The ambience was nice with a feeling of relaxation. The food was on point and the pricing was as expected. I can not recommend the crabcake as it's filling was slightly dry. The king crab legs were full and juicy. The flavor was amazing. The lobster bisque was the best that I have ever had. The service was friendly and we never had to ask for anything. I would recommend.

I was staying at the hotel so I thought I'd try their steak and eggs. Unfortunately I didn't get the best cut of beef. It wasn't bad, it just had too much gristle for my liking. Too bad they don't serve hash browns for breakfast - I'm glad I was able to substitute rice for the house potatoes. The bust person, named Viet, was so friendly and attentative that I soulght him out when I was leaving to give him a generous gratuity personally.

The steak and prime rib were absolutely fantastic, and the sides were just divine. I never had to worry about my drink running out, and the food arrived promptly, Irene made sure we were good on everything. The ambiance was great too to fit the friendly staff.

We happened upon this happy hour and were so happy we did. Some of the best food quality and realistic prices too! We shared meatballs, a wedge salad, and roast beef sliders with French fries -- total $28. Next time we're in Gold Coast, we'll be stopping back here again. Oh yeah, and the salted caramel pretzel martini also hit the spot too! Thanks to Hubert (sp??) for incredible service!

Ordered the ribeye, onion soup and calamari. The steak was cooked as ordered to med rare, the onion soup was very good and cheesey, the calamari was a bit on the chewy side but good. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Located in a casino but the atmosphere is well removed and quiet.

We were looking for a reasonable steak dinner without breaking the bank and we found Cornerstone Classic American Steakhouse. As any restaurant embedded in a casino it lacks in atmosphere but sure as heck made up for it in the quality of the food. The service was good but our waiter was being pulled in many directions . They could have assigned some help for Gary. We enjoyed fresh baked bread with creamy butter, extremely large tempur shrimp, bacon green beans and a bone-in Ribeye. Meal before tip was around $65-70! If you are looking for a nice dinner and don’t mind the casino noise and smell initially then Cornerstone is your place!
